Consequential amendments to other written laws
(1)
The provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Schedule are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof.
(2)
Any written law or document referring to the repealed Act shall, as far as may be necessary for preserving its effect, be construed as referring or as including a reference to this Act.
(3)
In this section, “repealed Act” means the Private Lotteries Act (Cap. 250, 1985 Ed.) repealed by this Act.
