Deletion and substitution of heading to Part IV

Part IV of the Telecommunications Act is amended by deleting the Part heading and substituting the following Part heading:“CODES OF PRACTICE, STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE, DIRECTIONS AND ADVISORY GUIDELINES ON TELECOMMUNICATIONS”.
