Clause 10

Section 9 of the National Environment Agency Act (Cap. 195, 2003 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) The quorum at every meeting of the Agency shall be one-third of the total number of members in office or 4 members, whichever is the higher.”.
