Amendment of Employment Act
Section 117 of the Employment Act (Cap. 91, 2009 Ed.) is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Right of appeal117.—
(1)
Where any person interested is dissatisfied with the decision or order of the Commissioner, he may, within 14 days after the decision or order, appeal to the High Court from the decision or order.(2) The procedure governing any such appeal to the High Court shall be as provided for in the Rules of Court.”.
