Amendment of Goods and Services Tax Act
Section 54 of the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A, 2005 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) The procedure governing and the costs of any such appeal to the High Court shall be as provided for in the Rules of Court.”.
