Clause 4

Amendment of Income Tax Act

Section 81 of the Income Tax Act (Cap. 134, 2008 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) The procedure governing and the costs of any such appeal to the High Court shall be as provided for in the Rules of Court.”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (6).
