Amendment of Work Injury Compensation Act

Section 29 of the Work Injury Compensation Act (Cap. 354, 2009 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) The procedure governing any such appeal to the High Court shall be as provided for in the Rules of Court.”.
