Clause 7

Section 9 of the Agri-food and Veterinary Authority Act (Cap. 5, 2001 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) The quorum at every meeting of the Authority shall be one-third of the total number of members in office or 4 members, whichever is the higher.”.
