Clause 8

Paragraph 12 of the First Schedule to the Energy Market Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 92B, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (1) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:“(1) The quorum at every meeting of the Authority shall be one-third of the total number of members in office or 3 members, whichever is the higher, and no business shall be transacted unless a quorum is present.”.
