Amendment of section 96

Section 96 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “has determined” in subsection (1), the words “under section 87(1)”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “should be” in subsection (1)(b), the words “given a warning, reprimanded or”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “decision” in the section heading and substituting the words “determination under section 87(1)(a) or (b)”.
