Amendment of section 22

Section 22 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “import,” in subsections (1) and (2), the word “manufacture,”;

(b)

by deleting the words “or (2)” in subsection (3); and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “importation” in the section heading, the word “, manufacture”.
