Amendment of section 40C
Section 40C of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) No person shall, in the course of any trade or business, supply any registrable goods in Singapore on or after the effective date unless the registrable goods —
(a)
are registered under section 40D(3);
(b)
are labelled in the prescribed manner; and
(c)
meet such minimum energy efficiency standards as may be prescribed.”.
