Amendment of section 7
Section 7 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “licence” wherever it appears and substituting in each case the words “written permission”;
(b)
by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsections:“(2) An owner or occupier of scheduled premises to whom any written permission is granted shall comply with every condition imposed under subsection (1).(3) Any person who fails to comply with subsection (2) shall be guilty of an offence.”; and
(c)
by deleting the word “licence” in the section heading and substituting the words “written permission”.
