Clause 7

Amendment of section 8

Section 8 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “the written permission of” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “a permit granted by”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.”.
