Clause 3

Supplementary supply from Development Fund

(1)

A further sum of $280,807,100, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2010, is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011.

(2)

The sum specified in subsection (1) is hereby appropriated for development purposes under the several Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
