Clause 12

Consequential amendment to Private Education Act 2009

Section 72 of the Private Education Act 2009 (Act 21 of 2009) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “the Singapore Management University” in paragraph (i), the words “, the Singapore University of Technology and Design”.
