Clause 10

Section 27(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the definition of “arbitral award” and substituting the following definition:“ “arbitral award” has the same meaning as in the Convention, but also includes an order or a direction made or given by an arbitral tribunal in the course of an arbitration in respect of any of the matters set out in section 12(1)(c) to (i);”.
