Amendment of section 20

Section 20(2) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (aa), the following paragraph:“(ab)supplies of investment precious metals referred to in Part I of the Fourth Schedule, where any such supply —

(i)

is made by an approved person referred to in section 37B; and

(ii)

is a supply that directly follows the refinement of goods (as defined in section 37B(2)) into such metals;”.
