Clause 15

Section 129 of the Evidence Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Sections 128 and 128A to apply to interpreters, etc.

129. Sections 128 and 128A shall apply to interpreters and other persons who work under the supervision of legal professional advisers.”.
