Miscellaneous amendments
The Evidence Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “section 32(a)” in the third paragraph of Illustrations (j) and (k) of section 8 and substituting in each case the words “section 32(1)(a)”; and (b)by deleting the words “section 32(b)” in the third paragraph of Illustration (b) and the second paragraph of Illustration (c) of section 21 and substituting in each case the words “section 32(1)(b)”.
