Amendment of section 25A

Section 25A(5) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b)

by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)the instability or failure of any land or slope which abuts or is in close proximity to a building,”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “or structural distress”, the words “of the building or the instability or failure of the land or slope”.
