Clause 17

Amendment of section 29A

Section 29A(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, at the end of paragraph (c), the word “and”;

(b)

by deleting the word “; and” at the end of paragraph (d) and substituting a full-stop; and

(c)

by deleting paragraph (e).
