Amendment of section 23

Section 23 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “any building, street” in subsection (1)(b)(ii) and (c), the word “, slope”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “the building, street” in subsections (1)(A) and (2)(b)(ii), the word “, slope”.
