Clause 12

Amendment of section 19A

Section 19A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “his parent’s, grandparent’s, spouse’s or sibling’s special account” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “the special account of a relevant individual”;

(b)

by deleting the words “parent, grandparent, spouse or sibling, as the case may be” in subsection (1)(a) and substituting the words “relevant individual”;

(c)

by deleting the words “parent, grandparent, spouse or sibling, as the case may be,” in subsection (1)(b) and substituting the words “relevant individual”;

(d)

by deleting the words “parent, grandparent, spouse or sibling” in subsection (2)(a) and (b) and substituting in each case the words “relevant individual”;

(e)

by deleting the words “his parent, grandparent, spouse or sibling” in subsections (3) and (4) and substituting in each case the words “a relevant individual”; and

(f)

by deleting the words “parent’s, grandparent’s,” in the section heading and substituting the words “relevant individual’s,”.
