Amendment of section 57C
Section 57C(4) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “estate” in paragraph (a), the words “or, in lieu thereof, credit an additional relevant contribution, of an amount equivalent to the value of that cash payment, to such account of his in the Fund as the Minister may direct”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “receive” in paragraph (b), the words “(not being an additional relevant contribution referred to in paragraph (a))”.
