Clause 2

Amendment of Casino Control Act

Section 153 of the Casino Control Act (Cap. 33A, 2007 Ed.) is amended by deleting the definition of “Minister” and substituting the following definition:“ “Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for prevention and rehabilitation in relation to problem gambling;”.
