Clause 3

Amendment of Copyright Act

The Copyright Act (Cap. 63, 2006 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “established under section 17 of the National Heritage Board Act (Cap. 196A)” in paragraph (a) of the definition of “archives” in section 7(1) and substituting the words “administered by the National Library Board in accordance with Part IIA of the National Library Board Act (Cap. 197)”;

(b)

by deleting the words “the director of National Archives” in section 43(5) and substituting the words “the Director of National Archives”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “the director of the National Archives” in sections 68(5) and 107(5) and substituting in each case the words “the Director of National Archives”.
