Clause 5

Amendment of Land Titles Act

Section 44 of the Land Titles Act (Cap. 157, 2004 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) The Registrar shall not destroy any document unless with the authorisation of the National Library Board under section 14D of the National Library Board Act (Cap. 197).”.
