Clause 6

Amendment of Limited Partnerships Act

Section 24 of the Limited Partnerships Act (Cap. 163B, 2010 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)destroy the document with the authorisation of the National Library Board under section 14D of the National Library Board Act (Cap. 197); or”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 19” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 14C”.
