Related amendments to Public Trustee Act

Section 4 of the Public Trustee Act (Cap. 260) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “of small value” in subsection (1)(a);

(b)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of subsection (1A)(b); and

(c)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (c) of subsection (1A) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(d)undertake such functions and duties relating to bona vacantia arising from the death of natural persons as the Minister may assign to him.”.
