Clause 9

Amendment of section 9

Section 9 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “sections 87 and 320” and substituting the words “section 320”; and

(b)

by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Sexual sterilization not to constitute grievous hurt under section 320 of Penal Code”.
