Amendment of section 37
Section 37 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “approved institution or institutions” in subsection (1), the words “, or any community rehabilitation centre or centres,”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “approved institutions” in the section heading, the words “and community rehabilitation centres”.
