Amendment of section 13
Section 13 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a); and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:“(aa)to aid, abet, counsel or procure the commission of any offence under this Act within Singapore, notwithstanding that all or any of the acts constituting the aiding, abetment, counselling or procurement were done outside Singapore; or”.
