Amendment of section 182
Section 182 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “a seizable offence” wherever they appear in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “an arrestable offence”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “seizable offences” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “arrestable offences”.
