Clause 111

by deleting the words “No action, suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Authority or personally against” and substituting the words “No liability shall be incurred by”;

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:“(aa)any member, secretary or officer of the evaluation panel appointed under section 45A;”;

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (d);

by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (e) and substituting the word “; or”; and

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:“(f)any member of a committee appointed by the Authority under section 12(1) or 112(4),”.
