Amendment of section 57
Section 57 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “operations in the casino” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “casino operations, whether within the casino premises or elsewhere,”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “casino operations” in subsection (3), the words “, whether within the casino premises or elsewhere”.
