Amendment of section 77
Section 77 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “controlled contract is” and substituting the words “contract is suspended,”;
(b)
by deleting the word “termination” wherever it appears in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) and substituting in each case the words “suspension or termination”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “termination of controlled contract” in the section heading and substituting the words “suspension or termination of contract”.
