Clause 32

by inserting, immediately after the word “contravened” in paragraph (c) of the definition of “grounds for disciplinary action”, the words “a provision of this Act or”;

by inserting, immediately after the word “misleading” in paragraph (d) of the definition of “grounds for disciplinary action”, the words “or reckless as to whether it is so”; and

by deleting the words “not a suitable person to be the holder of the special employee licence” in paragraph (f) of the definition of “grounds for disciplinary action” and substituting the words “, in the opinion of the Authority, no longer a suitable person to hold a special employee licence, having regard to the matters in section 85(1)”.
