Amendment of section 97
Section 97 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “7 days” in subsection (1)(a) and (c), the words “(or such other period as the Authority may, on the application of the casino operator, allow in any particular case)”; and
(b)
by deleting subsections (3) and (4).
