Amendment of section 125
Section 125 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) Any person who is —
(a)
subject to an exclusion order made under section 121, 122 or 165(1), or excluded under section 165A(2); or
(b)
excluded under section 165D by reason of his having made the maximum number of visits to any casino for the month as specified by a visit limit made against him under section 165(1),and who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.”.
