Amendment of section 129
Section 129(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:“(d)illegal betting or gaming activities;
(e)
activities related to the organisation or conduct of casino marketing arrangements by persons who are neither licensed international market agents nor licensed international market agent representatives.”.
