Amendment of section 140
Section 140 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “A” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “Subject to subsection (1A), a”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) The Authority may, on the application of a casino operator, allow specific banking transactions to be carried out at another bank, subject to such conditions as the Authority may impose.”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “subsection (1)” in subsection (5), the words “or any of the conditions imposed under subsection (1A)”.
