Amendment of section 143
Section 143(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “to which they relate” in paragraph (b), the words “, or such shorter period as the Authority may, on the application of the casino operator in any particular case, allow”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “authorised person” in paragraph (c) and substituting the word “inspector”.
