Clause 42

Section 45A of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2C), the following subsection:“(2D) Subsection (1) shall not apply to any payment liable to be made on or after 17th February 2012 under any agreement or arrangement for the charter of any ship.”.
