Clause 15

Amendment of section 81ZL

Section 81ZL of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a) of subsection (1), the following paragraph:“(aa)for ensuring safe and efficient trade repositories;”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) It shall not be necessary to publish any direction issued under subsection (1) in the Gazette.”.
