Amendment of section 110

Section 110(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “a securities exchange, futures exchange or designated clearing house” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “any securities exchange, futures exchange, licensed trade repository, approved clearing house or recognised clearing house”.
