Amendment of section 123

Section 123(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (aa) and substituting the following paragraph:“(aa)specify, in the context of the granting of an unsecured advance, unsecured loan or unsecured credit facility by the holder of a capital markets services licence —

(i)

what constitutes any such unsecured advance, unsecured loan or unsecured credit facility; and

(ii)

the requirements and restrictions relating to any such grant;”.
