Amendment of section 311
Section 311 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “securities or futures industry” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “securities, futures or derivatives industry”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “an advocate and solicitor” in subsection (4), the words “, or a legal counsel referred to in section 128A of the Evidence Act (Cap. 97),”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “An advocate and solicitor” in subsection (5), the words “, or a legal counsel referred to in section 128A of the Evidence Act,”.
