Clause 80

Amendment of section 317

Section 317 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Subject to sections 94 and 99C” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “Without prejudice to sections 94, 99C and 101A(7) and (8)”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 94 or 99C” in subsection (2)(a), the words “, any records kept or published by the Authority under section 101A(7) and (8)”.
