Clause 93

Amendment of First Schedule

The First Schedule to the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a)(i) of the definition of “clearing facility” in paragraph 4(1); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of the definition of “clearing facility” in paragraph 4(1), the following sub-paragraph:“(iii)derivatives contracts; or”.
